About the service

Optimize5 operates Local Top Experts to help people discover and compare professional information. These terms describe permitted use of the directory and its features. Separate agreements and checkout terms govern paid Optimize5 or Local Top Experts subscriptions. These terms do not replace those agreements or remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Make your own professional-service decisions

Directory profiles, search results and automated matching are informational. They are not legal, financial, mortgage, real-estate, insurance, medical or other regulated professional advice. Optimize5 is not a party to an agreement you enter into with a listed professional merely because you found them here.

Confirm the identity, current license where applicable, insurance, qualifications, availability, pricing and suitability of a professional before engaging them. Profiles may contain information provided by a professional, business-listing source or existing business record, and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, results or suitability.

Verified Profiles and matching

Verified Profile identifies business information reviewed and actively managed through Optimize5’s qualifying paid Online Brand Optimization service. It is not professional certification, background screening, universal license or insurance verification, a quality guarantee or Google endorsement. Standalone payment for a Local Top Experts upgrade does not by itself qualify a profile for that badge.

Search results prioritize relevance to your search, including profession, location and matching profile information. Free, Plus and Verified Profiles follow the same ranking rules. Paying for a profile or having a Verified Profile badge does not improve organic placement, including when relevance is tied. It does not mean that a listed professional is the best, or that an unbadged professional is less capable. Profiles, submissions and corrections

Submit accurate information and only material you have authority to provide. Do not impersonate another person, claim a profile without authority, submit misleading credentials, or upload content that infringes privacy, copyright or other rights. You remain responsible for your submissions and for keeping information you control current.

By submitting content for a profile or request, you permit Optimize5 and its service providers to store, format and use that content to operate the requested feature, including displaying material you designate for publication. You retain your underlying rights. This permission does not make private inquiry or claim contact details public.

We may review, correct, limit, decline or remove content or access to address inaccurate information, abuse, rights complaints or service requirements. Claims and removal requests are reviewed; submitting a request does not automatically transfer ownership or change publication. Use the correction or removal request process to report a problem.

Acceptable use and account security

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, discriminatory targeting, spam, unlawful activity or unauthorized access. Do not bypass access controls, quotas or security measures, interfere with availability, or collect personal information from the service for unlawful or abusive purposes. Use account credentials only with authorization and report suspected unauthorized access.

Use inquiry features for legitimate professional-service requests. Do not include sensitive financial, medical or identity documents in open text fields. A sent inquiry does not create a professional-client relationship or guarantee a response.

External services and intellectual property

External websites, profiles, videos, maps and professional services are controlled by their respective operators. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link is not an endorsement of every statement or service offered there.

Optimize5’s branding and original site materials and the rights of third-party content owners remain with their respective owners. You may use the directory for its intended informational purpose. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce protected material beyond rights provided by law or the owner. Availability and limitations

We provide the directory and matching features as available and may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Optimize5 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on directory information, service interruptions or dealings with an independent professional. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Separate service agreements may contain additional terms.
