He later spent several years in the vending business before transitioning to mortgages, a move encouraged by his mother, who worked with a homebuilder and recognized Philip’s talent for helping people. His success led to building and managing a team of more than 20 loan officers at one of Chicagoland’s leading mortgage brokerages, where he later advanced to the role of Executive Manager. With 25 years of experience, Philip is well versed in all areas of the mortgage industry, including FHA, Conventional, VA, HELOCs, and Reverse Mortgages. As a Mortgage Advisor, he has successfully guided both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors, developing strong, long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service. Philip believes honesty is the best approach, in business and in life. Much of his business comes from referrals and repeat clients who value his availability, responsiveness, and commitment. As a Loan Officer, he is accessible seven days a week, including outside regular business hours, ensuring clients receive expert guidance whenever they need it. Helping people achieve and exceed their personal and homeownership goals remains one of the most rewarding aspects of his career. Many Chicago residents recognize Philip from his radio ads on WBBM and The Score. Outside of work, he proudly serves as President of his Homeowners Association, where many neighbors have become like family. A devoted dog lover, he gives a special shout-out to Vinnie, his beloved 24-year-old miniature pinscher.
