Kandi Cogliandro, REALTOR® License# 01478908 Welcome! After having the privilege of working with the designated #1 REALTOR® in the world, I jumped at the invitation to manage and sell a 52-unit condo-conversion complex in Rohnert Park. I soon knew it was time to make Sonoma County my home. In 2018, I was recruited by Coldwell Banker to enhance my very successful career as a top-producing Agent, with the Sebastopol office. I love what I do! With strong negotiating skills, excellent knowledge of the inventory and ever-changing market, I know country property very well! Along with my team, I work with integrity and honesty to diligently exceed your expectations. I look so forward to working with you!
