About Colby Whitton - Opt Real Estate

I’m Colby J. Whitton, a licensed real estate professional in Oregon and Washington, and I’ve been helping clients navigate the buying and selling process since 2019. I’m passionate about what I do and deeply committed to keeping my clients’ best interests at heart. I believe every transaction should be transparent, ethical, and guided by clear communication. To date, I’ve had the privilege of closing over $50 million in sales, including my best year yet in 2025 with $14M+, 21 successful transactions, and countless great client relationships. I pride myself on strong communication and rapport-building with both clients and fellow agents.
