After graduating from the School of Business at SIUE, I knew I wanted to help people better understand complex financial topics and make smarter decisions with their money. Seeing that roughly 40% of U.S. households carry a mortgage, I chose this career as a practical way to have a meaningful impact on families during one of their largest financial milestones. My approach to client communication is simple: be responsive, honest, and clear. I explain every step in plain English and pride myself on quick replies — most clients hear back from me the same day. I believe trust is built through transparency, so I’m always upfront about what’s needed and what to expect. What sets my process apart is the extra attention I give to preparation and communication. I focus on getting things right upfront so there are fewer surprises later, which leads to smoother closings and happier clients.
